Good news!
I got an unconditional place on the Foundation Art course at the University College Falmouth! (It’s a well renowned art college in Cornwall, near the southern most tip of England). That’s what I’ll be doing next year, so if that goes well I’ll be posting things up here a lot more often. After that I’m considering an Illustration course.

Strangely, I stopped doing digital artwork a while after getting my Intuos tablet, but I have been using it in my coursework, and I’ll be putting up the finished piece sometime soon(hopefully). I think after working so long on the computer I felt a little out of touch with working traditionally with pencil and paper, so it has been quite refreshing to take a break from it. It’s also because one of my biggest inspirations, Joao Ruas, works largely with pencil, watercolour and gouache, and I have been experimenting with these mediums.
